The biggest problem I had with the setup is the braking. When coming into a corner from a high-speed straight, hard braking made the car lose a lot of control and stability. I didn't really address the braking because everyone likes their braking a little different. However, here is the suggested changes I would make to the rest of the setup:
Stabilizer: +1 (Front), +3 (Rear)
Toe: -2 (Front), +2 (Rear)
Toe: -2 (Front), +2 (Rear)
Camber: -0.30 (Front), 0.00 (Rear)
Steering Angle: 2
These little changes should help the handling of the car, but more fine tuning is probably necessary.
