When building a drift car, throwing large amount of power under the hood won't automatically make it better. At some point a car's power level can become too much for the car to be functional. For this video I wanted to try to show that you can reach a power level that is strong enough to keep the car in motion, yet not so strong that the car spins out.
I created this tune for people that start playing TXRD2 and get frustrated with building a drift car. With the setup I made, anyone should be able to pick up the controller and throw the car sideways with relative ease.
I decided to challenge myself tonight and build a Nissan Silvia/180SX with less than 250PS that could drift nicely - and it had to use the smallest displacement engine possible. After about 5 minutes of tuning and 30 minutes of practicing, here is the tune and CA Attack I came up with. The course I tested on was Happogahara Downhill because of it actually having both downhill and uphill corners.
